Could you explain where i can adjust the soldiers and rookies starting stats, and stat progression boosts, because loose half of team after carrying bloodbath adron corvette (just the fourth, with stock guns) mission is soo painfull ... And survived heroes has microscopic stat boosts ... Wat? So please tell me.
