either way a game should never block the user... disabling the game menu is almost as bad as unskippable in-game cutscenes
+1. Same problems are in manual dogfight.
Would be cool if player had acces to game menu (load, save, resume, options and quit) during alien turn. Sometimes player wishes to leave the game but can't because there is alien turn.
Dunno if this was reported yet - Windows version on Linux with Wine STILL has bug with autoresolve aircraft fights (crashing on post-fight summary screen). 1.06 + wine 1.7.20.
