Will I be able to keep my saved games if I update from 1.0 to 1.05 on my Mac?

I downloaded the first 1.0 version from Humble. Does it get updated automatically or is there a patch for me to upgrade it to 1.05? I have the "black boxes" error and there is no "autoresolve" option for air battles. I have a Macbook air, version 10.9.3. Built summer 2013.
