I experience random crashes in game after selection of soldier equipment screen in strategic view. This bug seems to be nonpersistent - game works fine most of the time. Another thing: numbers of damage inflicted to aliens do not pop up (damage to xenonauts is shown otherwise). While this is not a major bug or an inconvenience those damage pop-ups are really helpful. Maybe a "damage pop-up" marker should be added to manage this feature should be added to options menu in case this was disabled on purpose. If anyone encountered these bugs before, a workaround would be appreciated if possible.

Adding a night vision goggles or thermal sounds like a logical thing to do. The year is 1979 and we still rely on flares on night missions? We are a super elite organization and we don't have those, that is just sad. Another interesting feature would be an ability to construct listening posts - something like "solitary" radar station with (or without) a missile silo to keep it company. This should allow covering a wider area without constructing new bases.
