  1. I just thought about that, sometimes, if a civilian or soldier gets one or more kills there's a chance you'll get a prompt asking if you want them to join you. Sometimes the local forces could have some kind of rank even, like corporal or sergeant. Might even be possible to get their country to be from the area where the battle took place. Any thoughts?
  2. Okay Chris, thanks for the answer, I think I'll restart my playthough then
  3. I tried most of my old saves from before (desura updated version) and not a single one works Edit: It says "Runtime Error!" "Program: C..." Edit 2: Apparently, if I run the debug game, it loads perfectly Edit 3: But when I run debug, it still got the disappearing floor bug and such.
  4. It seems like I cannot load my latest save, it just crashed and tell me it's a runtime error Anyone knows what's up?
  5. Ah okay, that explains my confusion. Thanks a lot, Assoonasitis, StellarRat and thothkins!
  6. Oh, did you start with more living quarters or more room somehow before? I kinda recall being able to recruit a lot more even with just one, ah well, I think you're correct EDIT: I think they used to give 50 space, I might be completely wrong Anyway, you guys were spot on, thanks a lot.
  7. Thanks, but I am not seeing any message, I'll check if living quarters are full, but I do not believe they are.
  8. This might be true, but wouldn't there pop up a giant window in my face with the text "No living space!" or something?
  9. So yeah, I started a game, instantly hired 5 scientists cause I like that But then I wanted some engineers... I tried clicking the arrow buttons, but nothing happens, at all. So I thought, maybe you can only hire a certain amount each month (Would be strange, but still). Now the first month passed and I have yet to be able to hire any engineers, soldiers or scientists. Please tell me it's not just me, and tell me if there's a fix or workaround.
  10. I gotta say though, I feel that the new system in X-Com (2012) was clear and easy to understand, but sometimes I wanted more I really like the way the original X-Com had a lot of buttons to press and such, I also hope that you will not streamline Xenonauts like the Firaxis X-Com was. I played the KickstarterDemo and I liked it, a lot. The only thing stopping me was basically some bugs and the state of the game, that it wasn't finished. Overall Xenonauts looks like it's on the right path so far. Keep up the good work!
