Gazz provided excellent analysis. Only thing missing is penetration and obstacle heights. If I was to add something, it would be bullets trajectory looking more natural. Currently they seem to fly directly at center of tile that was hit. Instead, they should follow the path to target and create impact somewhere in the tile.
