really like the look of the mod, would it be possible to restrict the amount of soldiers who hold each rank?

i read it the other day very enjoyable though short, is there plans to do more?

being in the army myself i do find the idea of everyone attaining the same rank very odd, if the men at the top are in rank for a period of time then it becomes as it was in EU this is referred to as "dead mans shoes" where you have to wait for promotion till the position above you becomes vacant through death or retirement.

can someone re link the smoke fix as the one on here seems not to want to load the page, cheers.

i can't seem to apply the fix when i open the link it says theres an error and wont open, it also seems that the smoke from the crashed ship is a problem too.

yeah have the zomboid demo not sure of it though, doing the story made the wife some soup then don't know what I'm supposed to do about the guy with the gun

well I only stumbled across xenonauts because I was looking for a turn based squad lvl game, have to have a look at steam marines too.

yeah this is me just starting to look at indie games as a preferred games option, desura seems to be abit amateurish to me but I guess it does it's job in it's own way

yeah was meaning connected to hit points, accuracy and strength would be what I'd expect, there may be ways to tie in bravery, all stats would recover after the soldier is healed in base.

would add another element to the game though, that and it would likely be a life saver for your guys if they finish there turn in-front of an alien you didn't manage to kill.

the save files are in a folder in your "my documents" under xenonauts

was playing last night and after shooting an aliens about 20 times I got to thinking about stat loss after injury, is it going to be implemented for both player and alien or is it already there in some form?

It wasn't overlooked because the dev team can see and react to things in a 360 degree arc.

well i'd love to retire, not so keen on the death option though. it would make the game alot more enjoyable, i remember EU when i'd get annoyed when the guy i wanted to get promoted didn't.
