Hmm not sure what I have done wrong but I applied hotfix 2 (launcher says V18.3 HOTFIX 2) started a new game, researched lasers made a precision rifle and still have no ammo to put into it.

Yeah I have the same thing, researched lasers, built a couple of precision rifles and no ammo to put in them...

Except another ninja... But anyway same issue for me freezing on 29th sometime just after 6am. Tried new games where I research nothing and just skip through everything as fast a possible same result at the same time roughly. Hope a fix comes soon as I cannot progress past this point till it does
