Hy, First of all, i have played the first Xenonauts with and without mods a lot and i remember using the Predator Assault Armor (Colossus Armor in Xenonauts 2) only after discovering that LMG were buffed - less TU, less recoil. Without that, you lose the ability to throw grenades and you gain very little armor. Even after the 70 armor upgrade the Colossus is not that good. So, you really need to: 1 - Make the LMG more effective when used by the Colossus - likely via reducing the TU cost to fire it, so it can be used more like an assault rifle (As you said) A powerful melee weapon -sure - but the LMG should be better A super-heavy combat shield - sure it could be interesting A rocket launcher - YES - I remember this was present in the first xenonauts- maybe it was a mod but it was great Also the grenade launcher should be compatible with Colossus

The game autoresolved the air combat - my interceptors won - but i wanted to try myself then so i pressed the manual combat option and the game crashed bug_report_2024-06-25-02h38_st_4.10.0_unhandled_exception.zip

Hey everyone, I m testing out the new v25. And i just played Xenonauts 1 a little, and i realised weapons had reaction modifiers (pistols and shotguns could reaction fire faster/easier compared to other weapons) In Xenonauts 2 this does not exist. I did not realise this before, i just assumed it was there. Any reason for this?

The backpack was always used in some way, in xenonauts 1 and until v23. I really think you should consider a hybrid: in UFO extraterestrials 1 and 2 they had SHIELDS, TELEPORTERS, JUMPJETS, ACCURACY MAGNIFIERS, etc. You could put those in the backpack. I really want to test v25 to see your ideeas

Hy, I finished the first xenonauts many times and i finished the X-Division mod once. i ve player v23 once from a friends pc. i really want to try v25 to see the load times and the new ui and other new concepts.

I tryed downloading the armour resource pack but the download gets interrupted every time. I have fiber optic and do not have issues with it. Can anyone send me the archive for the armour resource pack mod?
