  1. When loading the saved game it will crash to desktop. If I go back to a previous save (Autosave2), the game will load – but then crashes at the end of the Ground Combat. This is on a PC, Window7 sp1, 4gb memory, 2.2GHz (When trying to attach the saved game files, it says I don't have access to do that. So below are links to the files) http://www.mediafire.com/download/9gf0ogj3am9cwog/2013-09-10_09.56.53.sav http://www.mediafire.com/download/l25p23u9au6ria9/Autosave2.sav
  2. I downloaded and played (the very short) demo of XCOM: EU on the PS3. It wasn’t enough to tell if I would like it or not. Mainly to see how close it is like the original XCOM. I have been trying to find out more about it before putting down that kind of money and then being disappointed. This has helped me decided. I will put it on my “wish list” if someone wants to get it for me as a gift on the PS3 – that would be cool. But I don’t think I will be buying it myself. I can wait for Xenonauts.
  3. Thanks Matthew, I bet like a lot of you here, I loved this game back in the 80s 90s (or whenever it was out) and my heart skipped a beat to see it was being remade and being remade the proper way. I had to download that demo to be sure though. . . . . . . . . It was just as I remembered it and so much more. . . . . . . and I think my heart skipped a few beats as I played it over the weekend
  4. I could see that he is “revived” with the proper medical care back at the base. . . . . . but in flight between crash sites? I’m with Gorlom on that – I would call that a bug. You should have to start your second mission with the health and ammo status as where you left off from the first mission.
  5. Really? That’s odd. But ok. What about his weapon and equipment being lost?
  6. While playing the V10.2 demo from Kickstarter I noticed an interesting bug. Perhaps it is already reported, but I thought I would post it just in case. I had shot down two alien craft and sent out my landing party to handle the wreckage. On the first crash site my one soldier was killed in action. While during the return flight to base, I diverted the craft to head for the second crash site. Once on the ground, my previously dead soldier was now alive again – but without his weapon. I let him stay the mission in the landing craft. I finished the second crash site and returned to base – checked the personnel list and sure enough, the dead soldier was not only back on the list, but since he saw no action in the second site he was unharmed.
