SO I got this mod to work lovely on my game, but I've noticed that Sebillians done carry any guns and the Robot types never shoot at me, is this a bug or is there somthing i need to edit?

Hi guys, I've been trying for hours and trawling through this froum but I cant get this mod installed on my game, Im through steam ( if that makes any difference ) Is there any links to any "How 2 install guides" ? especially for those who arent that PC Savvy
