6 heavy hardpoints

is it possible to have more than 4 hardpoints on aircraft (that is what I get despite having XML modded for 6) ?

I want to make Fury somehow useful, so I changed it so it appears after research of fusion reactor

I also made singularity torpedoes just Heavy (damage 1500) and available when singularity core is researched

everything works fine, the game just ignores to read more than 4 hardpoints (I have weapon position and everything correct, well, I think) ... is it hardcoded, that it doesn't look past 4 hardpoints ?

at the moment I mitigated the issue by not automatically replacing (ReplaceItem function) fusion torps to singularity torps when researched and giving it 2 ammo instead of one and I voluntarily do not manually upgrade torps in other aircrafts from fusion to singularity, just for Fury

I am on vanilla, editing vanilla files directly ... does xce allow more than 4 hardpoints ?
