Is it still possible to upload mods to steam? Answer: No, Steam version is required to upload to Steam Workshop. The Mod Manager.exe uses the Steamapi.dll file in the game directory to identify you and the game to properly connect you to steam. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
