[v12] corporal training forgotten on load

I had a bad night last night and lost lots of troopers to androns. So I hired troopers to get a 12 man squad again (thanks for the work around on the hire bug!) and set them all to cpl training.

Upon loading the game tonight all the troops who were assigned to cpl training are still pvt and set to unassigned status. I can send them on training again for a full 10days cost.

tried to repro this... couldn't get it to happen again.
