Starting mid january every UFO wave has a good chance to freeze game indefinitely when spawning. https://www.dropbox.com/s/4kcmw1rq7jd1p7r/2013-12-19_07.45.19.sav Save shortly before next UFO wave. If UFO wave spawns fine, reload save. Quick workaround to this problem is simply to keep loading until it does work, so it can work fine, just usually won't.
