What Happened: Third generator completed construction. Turned the power on a previously built second workshop. Then turned power back off. Reproduction: Load attached save. Forward time to ~10:00 when the generator construction completes and click 'View Base'. Click unpowered workshop to turn power on. Right-click same workshop to turn power off - CTD. The engineering capacity before (5/5) and after (5/12) turning the power on doesn't jive with workshop building information (+4/+2 adj.) for two adjacent workshops (4+4+2=10).
