No. Mod Order - 1) XDivision 2) Skitso's map Pack 3) X:CE Balance 4) X:CE Settings 5) X:CE Base mod (0.33 HF2)
All other mods is better to disable

Umm I was wondering how to use the strider scout plane! Is it a fighter, the xenopedia entry makes it sound like a mobile radar lol. Any advice would be appreciated!
You would just send him (launch interceptor) in map areas, not covered by yours base radars. And then he reach that point, send him to a next blind-for-radar waypoint.

IMO, the alienĀ“s grenade obsession makes the game annoying.
Yes, this is a really disaster.
And the further along the game, the more game crashes at "Alien Turn Screen".
That's what causes serious damage to your patience. I think it is because of the advanced AI scripts. Should you reload, make other moves, and all ok.. until next crash Remember, in XNT were same problems, but far less.
drages, what do you think about this? Maybe i do something wrong? X-DIV v0.98+ X-CE-33-HF1 and maps (Skitso's Map Pack), recommended priority, normal difficulty (yeah, i know, i know, but i dont have much time for a veteran)

Heh i think you're right, i wrote "middle game" because i spent about 10h to reach this point . About better guns please tell me what should i do to research something better ? i don't have heavy tank as well.
Scout or Adv.Scout is good enough for this.
You should capture all color specimen of aliens - this is so called "specialists", which interrogation give you new branches of techs

Using 0982 with ce 033. I can reload the Nextgen Heavy Machinegun. 54 TU and ammo (Backpack) present.
edit: found out, that it takes 55 TU to reload. This should be changed. My poor guy shouldnt be THAT stupid that he isnt able to reload... or THAT slow neither...
check if XDIV on top of mod list in launcher

One more think - please someone tell me how i can get better guns than nexGen for soldiers and standard missile's for aircraft's? i have 3 alien bases to capture but with this weapons it's impossible .
it is possible, but very ... very much save\load. It makes sense to take on the mission a heavy tank. It is perfect to block a base corridors. Also it is good idea to take in squad at least 2 Flamethrower - very effective to take down this sneaky xenomorphs and reapers. Always keep them on snap fire.

The alien turn won't end. It just stays on the 'potential danger' artwork.
It's OK.
I've seen this bug on every build and on clean vanilla. (Maybe it is not a bug, but a FEATURE?)
Run task manager and kill "xenonauts.exe", then load again.
Save often, that's solution.

1. It's impossible.
2. If the tank is heavier, its weapon is lighter.. so vehicle canon is for scimitar.
3. Game allows only 1 weapon at vehicle so there is no place for smoke.
4. Believe the weapon descriptions when you over mouse on them..
5. You can wake up units with it just using it on them.

1- Smashing things is not available with the game engine but with 0.99 heavy vehicles would be able to go over most of the objects including cars..
2- light vehicle cannon is for heavy tank.. cant u use it on that tanks?

1. PRAY THE GODS! At last this wrongparked little red car not stop us anymore.. Hmm. Maybe, where is a cheat - how about to assign to aliens (humans) dolls a MAP OBJECT attribute? MAP OBJECT, that you CAN usually crush with Vehicles. I don't look into this game engine, just think about possibilities...
2. Hmm, "light vehicle cannon is for heavy tank.." okay, but where to put Vehicle Cannon? I thought Light Cannon for Scouts..
3. Speaking of tanks(scouts), how about give them abilities to hurl smoke (light, vapor) bombs? Model of scout even has smoke pipes (like on real battle vehicles)!
4. Noticed discrepancies in ufopedia and new weapons description in squad equip screen. It is known bug? Where to look a true info about new weapons?
5. Medpack. Can it tranquilize and wake up soldiers? Like it was in old good XCOM?

Thank you for your mod. It is very good. Really.
1) Is it possible to give a Vechicles the ability to run down (smash!) a pesky aliens and heavy tanks break through most obstacles? Will be funny and more realistic, i think. You know, like M577APC run. Breaktrough a farm house, or smash some lone tree. Or it is matter of balance and game design?
2)Why i can build from very beginnig a "light vechicle cannon" and a "vechicle cannon", but cannot attach it somewhere? Trying Scout, Adv.Scout, Heavy Tank.. X-Division Ver.0.98.2 HOTFIX 4 + 1.59 + CE 0.31 HF1
