Issue description:
Ground combat on train map, alien is positioned on 2nd floor of building. It is not possible to view the 2nd floor of this building (of any other floor) but other building are fine. Hence I cannot target the alien, nor move to the 2nd floor of that building or see it.
I tried loading but the issue remains.

After playing with the issue for a while I can see that it is happening because a soldier is present behind the wall of that building, it makes viewing the upper floor impossible unless I move that soldier away from the perimeter wall.
