I have had the same happen to me, also with the laser rifle. rightclicking the weapon to equip, but no decrement in weaponamount. Could do it ad infinitum, but after another mission I was unable to replicate. That's bugs for you. Small and often hiding.

I've had crashes before, but when it happens here I can only click the windows toolbar so I have to to sign out and back in to do anything at all again, so I assume it's serious. It happens when I assign soldiers to the dropship and then open the equipment screen and only then. when they are not assigned or I have sent the valkyrie to another base it seems to work fine. I had it with the Chinook as well and it started when my soldiers reached 101 scores, but that could be coincidental. Or maybe it's a fluke gearcombination, I don't know. If Matthew (or anyone) can load that, assign soldiers to the valkyrie in gold base, open the equipmentscreen and then tell me I'm not crazy that would be swell.
