Have the same problem in version v19 hotfix. Loading the autosave generally solved it for me, skipping the deployment is not that big of an issue. But strangely the special ability of the Praetor Leader is disabled on a reload as well. I can see the text but it just doesn't do anything. Thanks for the workaround sxt. I'll try if this works for me as well.
