  1. Crash dumped on a farm map by moving my rifleman over a Sebillian corpse and clicking the inventory button.
  2. Hired three new recruits and they appeared in the soldiers queue as wounded for 17 days.
  3. In my experiences many issues like these are the result of configuration changes that were bolloxed. Changing directory rights during an update for one. Noted another thread where a forum poster was "encouraging" an update to the Xeno site, perhaps those changes were made but a configuration hole left. Then it just takes an automated scanner picking up on the vulnerability and poof - Xeno-Jihad.
  4. Playing the first mission with stun grenades available and assaulting a Cesean crash site. 2 separate instances where Cesean survived multiple stun grenades with little apparent stun damage (blue). They also did not seem to take area damage from the gas clouds during subsequent turns. Did notice that the stun grenade explosions were no longer delayed until the end turn as with earlier candidate releases of v19. Stun grenade behavior was observed both in the field (farm map) and inside the scout ship. Intended change to grenade behavior?

  7. Hmm read the update post and looks like the smoke is a fix not a bug. My bad. "- Line of site blocking smoke grenades now also block accuracy 100% (this fixes aliens reaction firing through smoke)"
  8. Was doing a similarish tactic but must have just blown it. Still a bit surprising since I tended to do no tactics in my early games and would still only get about half damage on one condor from a light scout (just letting them run straight at it without controlling). This time, trying my normal gig I ended up with both shot down for the first time that I recall.

  10. Hit a bug on my first mission on a new Ironman / Normal game for v19-SC1. Farm map - threw a smoke grenade and was unable to shoot through the smoke. Blocked weapons outside the smoke from siting squares within it or past it. Naut was able to move into the smoke, but blocked the weapon siting as impenetrable for squares outside the smoke (though the Naut in the smoke was able to shoot a square in the smoke). Seemed buggish vs totally intended behavior. Also got wiped out in my first air mission for 2 condors vs a light scout. Not sure if I just happened to blow the tactics, but seemed much more difficult to down. Overall though, great frickin game guys, been playing for the last week or so and enjoying the heck out of it. - Koof Edit: Sorry realized right after posting that this should have gone into the experimental sub-forum.
