Ah, I have personally been on many forums, using many kinds of..... forum.

Hey Guys! It's been a little while since I have even been of the forum, but I'm back, learning about the new project and stuff like that.
But, I am here to say, even though it is quite early. Merry Christmas to all!, and Happy Holidays!
I hope everyone's holidays are quite easy and peaceful. (Being in Aus, it is very hot all day every day.)

I think the way EA X-Com dealt with psychic powers and their integration into the storyline was really masterful.
But not only passive defensive powers please.
Question for Chris:
Are you considering putting in psychic powers as an extremely rare, extremely useful thing? Or as in "all soldiers can be trained to manifest their psychic potential" or... in what direction were you thinking?
I feel that a way it could work with that, is that if its like, some are stronger than others, with crap guys only having defensive, while the really good ones have mind control ect

I don't understand what you mean by "modmod".
I assume that it means a mod that enhances a mod or something around that.

Hmmm, I haven't played in a while, but Multiplayer did seem like it would'nt work too well, but I haven't touched it in a while, I need to check it out again

Hey aajs, are you still looking for a vehicle? I found some free models that have a better military feel to it. Here is a preview image of how it would look in game. Sadly I still can't render the missing camera angles.

War Thunder for instance was not annoying. I had the feeling (had, because I haven't played for some time now) they found a good balance between F2P and payable content. It was visible where and what you can pay, but it was never in your face.
the good point about F2P games about planes is that pretty much any plane can take down any plane, even if someone payed real money for the good ones, you could always shoot them down the same

I have been playing a lot lately (War Thunder, World of Transportation (Tanks, Planes,Ships) and Heroes and generals) and it got me wondering about others opinions on these sorts of games.
When does a Free too ply game become too pushy about money for you guys? What games of this type have you played and realized that doing anything takes forever?

I made my own empire, and took over most most of the Swadians, but then the Nords and Vaegirs declared war on mr, the Vaegirs haven't done much, but the nords keep running around and wrecking stuff..... maybe i should find a new Marshall....

Im bought this a little while ago, I knew about if for a bit, and its quite awesome, I have only touched vanilla Warband, but im now starting to play the Napoleonic x-pack. Anyone else play this?

Flamers in vanilla are ok...... i liked the fists anyway, because of the cool animations when killing things like mechtoids or beserkers. They are good for setting fire to things. thats about it.
