I could use a fix too (or instructions where to tinker), please. Tried your executable, but it didn't work.

I'm running V19 experimental build 5 with no mods.
I started the game over and just had another base fight that won't end. I'm seeing the same message in the log window.[ATTACH=CONFIG]2441[/ATTACH]
I had a look and the issue you're having has nothing to do with the bug the fix addresses (infinite loop during the alien turn).

[ATTACH=CONFIG]2432[/ATTACH]I've been having the endless hidden movement game where my base is being attacked. I've scoured every tile of the base looking for a remaining opponent but no luck. I applied the fix and the messages changed. It looks like there is still one out there, but I can't find him or draw fire from him.
I uploaded the changelog and savegame to the media fire server. Please take a look if you can.
I just tried to upload them here, but got an error message with my savegame so I'm not sure if it went through.

Well, I've had a look at the two savegames that were uploaded recently. The fix worked perfectly well for me on the Steam version...

It's not errorproof you might have to click several times or even spam the button.

While tying to fix a savegame, I encountered a strange bug regarding soldier movement. She is facing a reaper on the other side of a door. Despite having 17 TUs left, I can't make her move and after a few tries at pathing the UI gets completely stuck. Here is the savegame.

That's weird I made sure to go through a couple of turns to verify it wasn't going to get stuck again. I'll have a look again.

Sorry I didn't see these earlier. I don't check this thread as much since I released the fix tool (still works I used it to fix these saves). I have subscribed to the thread now, though.

Now I have uploaded it.
By mods folder I hope you mean assets. But I noticed that the assets folder is huge so I only included the files that are supposedly changed by my map pack that I installed.
Which is the maps folder and the tiles folder. Those are the only two maps that should be different from the default game.
If you need more than this, then I will upload it too. Sorry if I'm making it more difficult than it has to be.
Very thankful even if it isn't salvageable.
EDIT: To clarify , I couldn't find a mods folder in the steamapps/common/Xenonauts/assets folder
Sorry, I assumed you installed the mod through the launcher which creates a "mods" folder to be able to easily uninstall mods. I'll take a look with your files.
EDIT: Still crashing be it on Steam or stand-alone and with or without the mod.

I tried the self fix and it wouldn't detect any repeating pattern, it only showed.

I didn't get a link to the saved game I uploaded. It only asked me if I wanted to upload another after the upload was complete.
It was probably something simple that I missed and I apologize for being stupid.

It's alright I get an email notification when someone uploads a file. However I get a crash when I try to load your savegame (with or without the Community map pack v2 mod). Could you upload your mods folder too please?

To whomever uploaded the "Maddoggy" savegame, here is the fixed version. There was only one reaper left so killing it finished the mission. This savegame is therefore on the geoscape. Also, next time, please follow the instructions and post the details about the savegame/version/etc.

I didn't have a savegame at the time but I managed to reproduce it. Here is the link.
Might be related to squad vision since the other soldier sees the Reaper but the one next to it can melee through the closed door.

I had a Reaper turning a soldier into a zombie through a wall and one of my soldier was also able to use the stun wand on it through a closed door.

And for the freezing? Really hope theri is a workaround.

Check this thread and try the tool I made to fix that problem. If you don't trust the executable, follow the instructions to upload your savegame and I'll try to fix it.

Hello,
I've got a tactical mission where the game crashes when an Andron reaction fires at my soldier and triggers an explosion (sometimes) or my soldier shoots at the green workshop looking prop.
