I'm old enough to know that YOU'RE wrong. From what I saw on Steam the developers made it sound like it was a lot closer to being done and that was my biggest reason for this post. If it's still in early beta then don't say it's 80% done or that it's only a few tweaks away from being done. First of all it's not a whine just because you don't agree with what I posted. Second of all, what kind of psycho are you to respond like that? Totally outrageous and unnecessary. Good to know this game has assholes like this to defend it's honor. Another psychotic response. Making history? By basically remaking X-Com? I applaud their efforts but it's hardly a groundbreaking achievement. As far as the other crap you wrote, get help. Are these really the kinds of supporters this game has to speak on it's behalf? If anybody's acting like a four year old it's these posters that I quoted. Some of you need to grow the hell up. Talk to somebody like that in real life and not hiding behind a computer might get your ass kicked, and with the attitudes you have you would deserve it. Afterward you might even learn to respect people that voice their opinions in good faith. It's funny how if somebody posts something that certain immature morons don't like or agree with they get called a troll or get attacked. Again, my only issue was the comments I saw that made it sound like this game was farther along than it was, not so much the state it's in right now. If there's still a ways to go then say that. I just would have thought that some of the more major issues like the crashes and bugs would have been worked out by now. By the way, on any other message board I have ever been to the kinds of responses above would have been cause for banning. That kind of behavior should be unacceptable.

I was expecting a lot more from this game when I donated to it on Kickstarter. I realize it's only beta but it's insane to claim it's 80% completed and that it only requires a few tweaks before it's done. Where to start? There are numerous crashes, some while trying to save games and other just random ones. There are bugs: like being able to see through and walk through walls at certain points. There are the absurdly few tactical combat maps. In fact, terror missions seem to use the same map every time, which gets extremely BORING. Not to mention there's way too few objects for cover on each map. There are also issues with the UI, like what appears to be an unnecessary blank window on one of the screens(can't remember which one but it was something like the base's soldier screen or something). Oh, and let's not forget the crappy AI that puts the aliens in the same spots on every map and has them just stand around while they shoot soldiers using their x-ray vision from a mile away. Sorry but this thing isn't anywhere NEAR to being finished.
