Certain buildings have roofs that the soldiers cannot land on. Appears to occur more often in industrial maps. I've attached a save file with one example. If you click on soldier 5, you will find he cannot land of the roof below him, and he can even fly through the roof. fault.sav fault.sav

I have found loading ground combat saves that have at least one mind controlled soldier causes a crash to desktop just prior to completion of the loading screen. So far this has happened with carrier and battleship ground combat missions. I've attached files of a ground attack on a carrier. "pre control.sav" just requires you to end the turn then at least one member will be mind controlled. "post control.sav" is one turn later with one mind controlled soldier - I cannot get it to load. PS. Soldiers using shields - animations still not working when flying in buzz or sentinel suits. Also cannot fly onto roofs of certain buildings though other soldiers can. 2014/05/28 - Tried loading "post control" file on different computer and have same problem. pre control.sav post control.sav pre control.sav post control.sav

I have same issue with a large drone moving over a certain square causing game to crash to desktop. I have the savegame if the developers want it. I've managed a workaround by making the drone walk elsewhere though at the cost of exposing my troop to heavy fire.
