i'm using Desura i'm trying the verifying files now. i tried starting a new game and i got a few CTD last time i loaded i've gotten a freeze at Hidden movement, and when its a alien moving i CTD. Cant be mad its still in alpha all tho i would love to play worked fine the first night i played it. Cant get a solid game going now.

i have the same problem as your having, except mine start last night. So i back tracked to a save that i had awhile ago started to play fine. Then my dropship had got shot down... So i started new game and my first mission im getting invisible aliens i think because its a night mission cant really see, But when they fire i cannot see them and it CTD. As for the load issue i think they know about that what you did is the work around for it.

anyone have a idea. i dont want to have to start over.

Hi I'm new here and love the game found out about it from a few ppl over on xcom gamefaqs. Anyway my problem is im in the map that has the electric plant up in the top left side i can move my people fine, Once i end turn the game crashes. This is going to sound strange but it seems to crash when the aliens move(hear their hiss). It's fine when the civ move but soon as the aliens move it crashes it seems like. i can't tell what ship it is or what map because i saved over my file so stuck in combat. I can tell you its a bigger ship then the scouts. can't see what aliens are there i tried the hot fix that didnt work not sure what else to do. Thanks in advance PC specs i7 3820 oc to 4.4 vapor X 7970 8 gb of ram win 7 64
