  1. upd: my try The mods whithin yours clear Xenonauts 1.07 XNT:ID 5.22 (with all integrated in) +Kabill's Fire in the hole (only tiles and maps) and random maps - as TD posted +Skytso Megamix map pack (Kabill told no problem with that would be) +Skytso Femonauts (none other changed anything from that folder) +Skytso Sleek and new soldier icons of ranks Than yours. From my side, just excuse me if i came fast, make fust desisions and else. As a side, i came when 1.07 is opened, no expllanations, that stopped me from addins mods on it wasn't given nor in TD discussion brunch, not here. So you yourself said that doesn't tested it on 1.07. Than... some one tried that for you. -)))
  2. Slayer, don't go angry. I moded many games, some was easy-moded, some - hard, but i know from my own experience what it is. And don't complain about critics. It is right and close. So as you see, it's not only critic - bug reporting too (doese you saw other posts or run only for "bad" ones?-)) ). See not only bad things, Slayer. Or they would make with your experience bad things. Its that of because your baby isn't so good as you wish (but its just side mention - your time is to check it, not to go angy, because its a help too... or why that you post your baby to another eyes... play it just for yourself and no one would say anything bad... or good). firstly it must be good for yourself, am i right? than, if you area intrested in its evolution to the sky's godnes there no time for anger - its a challenge to make you baby shiny and wonderful. Take a rest and next step. Or, what the real aim? Why you are doing that - to make angry andsad if there are mistakes? or to make no mistakes at all? anger slows progress and as a parasite eat your time, health, effective behavior and interest. don't waste your life on it, it's not effective. so for the mod its right too. And about "shit". You're not closely right in all. I do understand your emotionsand feelings. I know it is hard todo and how much time it needed to make all go good. well much of my mods made the games too wider and slow so i never end them at all just as player-))) Go further, Slayer, make yourself be proud from your baby. In the aim that it brings good emotions from those who play it as players.
  3. well, its just my mention. when you do something you can go two ways - make it at maximum, or fast and waste. if you intrested in good mod and good play, so it be fair and workable - and even more - you feel it like this is your baby- you'll clear and paint it well. so if you want to share with others - people would be glad. if it's bad, really undone - they would be sad - so this was the aim than? strange logic. at the second type - we see a today's "normal" way to make games at all - just throw the piece of undone shit to the market and rework with tonns of patches after using players as beta testers... whom you doesn't pay and even more... who are paying for game to you. suer strange logic, yes? bad situation at all. no pleasure so i delete it. Slayer, you are doing intresting things, but as idea. realisation is bugged at some like alpha level.
  4. not good to him and his work. TD, a little bit question. Could it be something like Xenophobia, but without new weapons? Just that new from XNT - is close to much and they in design are pretty and close to vanila. those not... the micromanagement of xenophobia is not bad, but economy of XNT with it goes to waste. to much to produce, in millions... and aliens doesn't wait when you produce clips to second rifle. think that some ugrades needed - like basic weaponry must be buyable, not produced. - as is. other those, that must be researched - are production tiers.
  5. ctd happens when land combat trys to begin with some new weapon^ maybe personal turret mk 1, or assault shutgun (with round magazine) or rifle with 45 bullets magazin, or ak-47, or grenade launcher.
  6. airfight testing: 2migfoxtrot with mamoths easely take out corvete without maneveurs. just at the begining make trusters to minimum to give them time to lock mamonths. corvete fired just once. intresting-) doese it normal that one corvete (first corvete in the gameline) with probably terror mission (xenopaedia xint after defeating him popuped) cout weak chaos in all australia? (for 2days it make about 10+ news of different civilian attacks). in the result australia in first month dropped finance - 160.000 $(its about 45% of all income from the region)
  7. agree with radek in question of suppresion. my soldiers are less resistant to suppression, firstly they really fear: alien heavy plasma. from first shot - everybody in 2 tile area in 100% doese it really frightening? more than machinegun? 3 fires from machine gun doeso 0% supression in 30 trys from sebils and caesians. make blue super armored be supressed is a miracle too. 6 machingun rounds, 3 rifle, 4 sniper shots, 3 shotgun 4 pistol and 2 rockets, + 1 grenade... it is alive!!!-))) hopfully it died in its own turn from fire in its tile... but no suppresion.
  8. and how repair works? when in backpack - none dragging to the damaged shield - none taking to another hand - even shield dissapears find the problem is: the shield must be placed in primary hand, the tool to secondary, as i see no recharge/reload when it is in backpak and ups... new made assault a12 and other mod shields come with 0/135, 1/150 ets values even at the base. wtf?! they even made my basic shield so 0/100 too!!! bug-bug-bug! even i doesn't understand difference between all shields and weapons, just in hp when atthe mission. doese tat shields give only that bonus, not rear, or other defence? and ask to change the way the malestorm weapons happen... because they need alloys, so they must be researchable after alloys. and that mod put the mig foxtrot to happen at the begining, not like in XNT:ID mod, so i really ask to show WHAT other changes ware overwritten fron XNT:ID ps1 (in my own opinion - malestorm weapon grafics not so good and accepting) ps2 economy and manufacturing is challenging! really nice. ps3. enforser sound dissapeared and in close TO TILE (enforrser, 3 time fire- all got the target (alien- minor viper) - and all it resisted. its a fake weapon that do none damage either and worser than basic pistol? ps4sound of machingun reload dissapeared

(because also i has clear Xenonauts 1.07 in the base, installed XNT:ID and your addon)
  10. kabill, could you teel me about Skitso maps? doese - Skitso's Ultimate Megamix Map Pack 2000 - Skitso's Improved Tree Stumps work with yours correctly so i could use them not inly yours, but both with Tactical Dragons Into darkness mod?
  11. Sorry kabill, i think its no chance. Just saying that wodden palisade was set next to the corvete entrance. those aliens who can't jump or broke it like androns maybe would become staked, but no real problem, just funny-)
  12. thanks for unswers. whats about mamoth torpedo- i can't mount in on foxtrot. it has segale and astra mark2 unchangable some further reserch trugh? feelings of thunderbalt shotgun - its better to havr assault rifle(speed of fire) or warhawk (damage) (against armored androns - warhawk is propriate and tale 30-50 damage to greens and shotgun give 20-30). may be not so mo to test, but assault rifle is pretty H&K-))
  13. kabill, there is some bug in farm corvete map the entrance to corvete is locked by wooden palicade so funny aliens stacking-)
  14. maybe alien alloy production is better to place alien tech- not in aircrafts in xenopaedia? i ask to look more closely atcosts and time of alloys production (else things too). 1 engeneer cost 3000|month 1 alloy cost 30 man|days cost to build: 1000 sell price:5000. so: profit 1000|month. when from 1 scout it could be 50000 and corvete 200000. manufacture is profit?-)) well and there are strange thigs - some advanced weapons need alloys vulcan=3, sulfur=5, but tunderbolt=0, and as strange - doese there laser tech anywhere? thunderbold is laser shotgun as there told, but no lasertechs. and onesemore question - corvete data core disasembling cost 10000. doese it give anything (and as i see it repeatable thing - no info about what it gives)? andno descr of damage and other parameters of new rockets inxenopedia and elwhere.
  15. Tactical Dragon, question abut zephir rifle - its popup in soldier arming menu in the base just tell its name. Standard popup description expected soon or not?
  16. light vortex projector has no image in xenopaedia too funding cuncil report total funding shows difference between funding and maintetance but not the monthly overal change of funding (that woul be more apropriate info, because monthly payments i could see all the time and delta change 1 time in month) and just intrested to know in description of any alien species analys is told that it gives +10% damage to that alien species when researched. really or fake and just xenopaedia text bla-bla? bug (or maybe undone or may be vanila undone) when research ended - but if i has 2 bases with researchers (and research was made on the second - go to base mive not to it, but to main base. must move to the base where researchers became free alien alloy production has no image in xenopaedia, pity*( no image of alien vortex projector when soldier takes it in battle (it shows as weapon but in the soldier texture- his hands are free)
  17. ctd when try to go from base basic menu to garage it lasts from vanila even for now? well, second test shows that ctd happens when there rocket launcher for car is under manufacture. it shows not like a weapon addon but like +1 car slot (ctd happens when it grows more than 3 number in summ of all bases - i has 1 car in main, 2 rocket launchers producing in main = 3 garage slots used is showing and other base was produsing for its garage 1 car and 2rocket launchers, 1 is finished so when i go to that garage - its ctd because there no machines but 1 rocket launcher addon) and it ctd atall bases garage in that cituation and waiting for expalantions about psi too (for now changed psi power to 60-70-80). egg texture disapears (only shadow shows) on the next turn it succesfully attacks a civilian. reload save game and full game reload doesnt rework that (but soldiers could aim on it). but when it moves a tile - texture apear again as normal texture of infected civilian (by the egg) moves down from the tile in which i am there are aiming (alien stays in its tyle but texture has just a slightly some bug as i think) abducted human remnants swos as mix of something but the texture of the dead alien is as a full-form body (not close to my perfectnes-)) ) hey, doese sebilian non combatants use human smoke grenades? really? wow!
  18. Alien Spine Thrower has no Xenopaedia image BUG: AIM "research alien biology" changes to "research alien interrogation" when the project alien biology starts, not when it finishs.

If you use stun grenade on civilian - he would show as a dead corpse, but in the end of the mission its okey, alive. stunning civs is good theme to lowering enemy movement time and secure them in missions 2. you can take the weapons of civs to yoyr self and sell it from your store-) 3. if you stand on the teleporter point when assault - aliens can't move down.
  20. Warning: Fire In the Hole gives lot of tactical alternative to players, but at the same time alien Eggs inside UFOs can be very dangerous, proceed with cautions. Tactical Dragon, you mean than they would happen into the ufos than?
  21. does the music is optional (fully or by elements)? i just dislike hard sound music from air combat. Not my likly music type. and maybe not good place to question, but that full conversion, as i understand is the biggest, yes? i see kabills and Max_Caine addons. Doese it add other mods or else (sorry for bothering if it makes much time to look at it)?
  22. if i have more than 16 soldiers - how to choose who will defend the base? and who will just sit at ass and smoke pipes like its a circus somewhere in limbo and than die in that limbo ets... not funny idiotic random, heh!
  23. kabill, it could be intresting event to terror missions and big UFOs like carriers and battleships wthere there are big crew. to smal crew it is not so useful so like to bases (alien type)as i think. But to take an advantage to have reaper and psi danger together... its a real taste of new feelings
  24. and what about mixing alien races in one crew?
