This file also contains the bug: Moving soldiers in batches created listing problems. I transferred one (it showed up in new base), then 3, then 2. These additional 5 did not get listed in the new base, which did properly show the sum of six soldiers on the bottom. Exiting the game and reloading fixed problem.
