    have same issue I believe it was reported here and they had stated they were able to reproduce that bug and it will be fixed

    So I decided to send my soldiers to UFO however when I cleared outside, I couldn't teleport on other floors in UFO. Before it was destroyed by aliens. Can teleports be used anytime? Even destroyed. As there is no other way up.
