I noticed that once I got training centers up and running that all stats of soldiers improved except for strength. Not sure if this is by design, but I feel like it would be useful when my high strength soldiers die that his replacement could actually carry the equipment the deceased once held. Not to mention why did I spend money on all the weights in the gym for if soldiers ain't using them!?
