I'm playing at day 240 and I've got the problem that the aircraft armor is stuck at 33% and doesn't be repaired anymore. It's something I've had in prior build before, then I've restarted at prior savegame without this damages to get rid of this problem. As it is not a real error, no code or seomething os shown for that, but I can upload my safegame file for your check, if it may help. I've made screenshots and uploaded them into steam (https://steamcommunity.com/id/grc1996/screenshots/) for information.

I would like to ask for an update of the base construction limit set to the game, as six bases are not enough to really cover all the world land space correctly with aircrafts to get all enemy vessels attacked correctly. Thanks for consideration in advance and have a nice day !
