Actually my display resolution was off. Once I set the display resolution to the Recommended one, the black bars disappeared. Thanks to this tutorial which helped me to figure out the issue.

Hello everyone. I recently purchased 'Xenonauts' from steam, and installed on my Windows 10 PC, however when I play it, there are black bars on the screen at the top and bottom. Can anyone tell me what could be the issue behind it? I'm using a LG 22 inch monitor to play it. Kindly help me to solve the issue.
