No chemical trails...Are there any other witnesses? Try asking your neighbors about any strange lights in the sky. Maybe there will be a pattern. Also, are there any anomalous zones in the nearby area?

Those guns are sexy. But why would we want to fight the aliens with an outdated AK-47? AK-74 was already in use before the invasion begun.

My PC exploded a few days ago and what do i find when it comes back to life? I'm surpised. The game is really hard now.
Chris, i have suggestion about the "quick battle" mode: add the ability to equip vehicles and soldiers before the battle in this mode starts and add a wide selection of currently available weapons and armour (all laser weapons + wolf armour) for that equip screen.

I uninstalled and installed this game a few times trying to get rid of the freeze bug^^

At least the civvies are moving again eh? Has anyone see a local forces dude shoot yet?
I did. That gray soldier made 2 or 3 shots at a sebillian on the new industrial map.

Maybe a collectible figurine for 5000$ level? A high quality figurine of any (but only one) alien unit that the backer wants. There won't be a lot of these 5000$ level backers anyway. And those figurines will become valuable collector items one day.

Sounds fair enough. Here's an idea from me - give them the ability to add any city to the geoscape. I'm sure people would love to see their hometown in the game. If that city already exists on the geoscape - they will add any other city:)

While trying to replicate this glitch i found 2 more:
1).Sometimes at the very beginning of the mission there will be a loud sound (it reminded me of a hunter driving over a metal fence).
2).Sometimes there will be a ninja alien near the UFO. I can see him. He can see me but i can't shoot him.
I have a save file just before this mission but can't attach it here:(
Are there any good file hosting websites where i can upload my save files?

I've noticed some weird AI behaviour on the Civilian front though. They tend to spin around inbetween turns, and then run around in the first seconds of your turns.
I think the AI is scanning the environment by rotating civilians and some aliens. The same happened with some sebilians for me. They were obstructed by the Scout UFO, but my Hunter somehow managed to see a sebilian without him seeing me. And he was spinning in place every turn.

This is the most stable build so far. Doesn't crash at geoscape in july-august anymore. Corvettes are annoying, but still pretty easy.

Game crashes after i press ENGAGE ENEMY(there is no briefing screen or battlescape) in 2 situations: after shooting down a corvette and trying to land at its' crash site and after landing at a terror site.
Also, there is that game-breaking freeze bug at hidden movement screen but that was already reported.

Desura is annoying. I had to wait for almost 1 hour for it to install 9.3.
9.31 is now available but i think it will take another hour to install:(

The wait is killing me. Can't wait for both 9.3 and news about the future of Xenonauts.

The irony in this build is just astonishing. For the first time in my life i get to produce laser weapons and wolf armour before the game ends just to see a swarm of heavy fighters who don't want to fight my interceptors and then to have a CTD on a base defence mission:D
