Let me know what information you need and I'll happily provide it. In both Desura and Steam I've deleted the game and reinstalled it. No other mods. I then use the Modding Tools to install X:CE .31 +settings + balance and it always crashes out. .30 works like a charm, though I do have an issue with it where the combat loading screen won't go past the 3rd tick when attacking an alien base but that's a separate issue.

Version 0.30 works perfectly, Vanilla X works fine as well but when I installed X:CE 0.31 it crashes out before it even gets to the loader. Running the game from terminal I get the following error message : I get the same error from Desura and Steam. I'm using the latest wine build (wine-1.7.32) and have tried it with no other mods installed (Only mods I use are Armoured Assault and Jzeels armour portraits).
