    Just wanted to chime in that I've played the game for about 6 hours now and I have absolutely no problems with it whatsoever. It is a brilliant game, and you've succeeded in recreating the magic of the original x-com very well. So yeah. Rock on!

    Hmm Just validated the install and it said that 57 files couldn't be validated, quite an extreme number. - here's hoping it works after I've redownloaded that

    As the title says... It's stuck saying loading geoscape and doesn't progress from there... Cannot print screen for some reason either...

    It doesn't appear to have worked, but nevermind. I have the game on desura so if I dont get it on steam atleast I have it on desura

    I dont have the premium medal but i preordered ages ago. How do I get the medal attached, and I'm afraid that you'll forget that I preordered... I actually am diagnosed with paranoia so that may be it I have it on desura though so maybe thats good enough.

    ahh thanks a lot. from what I read it seems I'll get a steam key once the game is released, will that be mailed to me or something? would be nice so I dont have to keep myself updated on when this game is released

    On desura - but I'm a steam guy and disagree with installing other clients on my computer. I'm fine with waiting untill xenonauts comes out though. I just want to be reassured that I can get it on steam since I got it on desura
