[Help]

Can someone please tell me how to install the befor the fall mod. I tried to install the mod via the mod install tool in the main menu mod installl tab. It sY that the mod isstalled but there is no new features. I then try to do a manual install I then get the new game start screen but all the text is missing and repalced by the # sign. What am I doing wrong ? Help

How is this mod installed? I tried to use the mod install feature of the xenonauts start menu and after I do it says mod installed. However there is no game change. I then try to manuel installbbut then I get the bwfore the fall start screen bur all the text is gone and all I get is the # sign for text help please
