  1. I was trying v1.08 and same problem. No body have this duplication symptoms (charges to medikit and laser, plasma ammo)?? i am just wonder about it :-). So, i bought on steam old x-com and will be waiting by this old game for solving this bug, because this spoil the gaming experience .... It is a pity, that this engine bug destroys hard work of modders
  2. Hi Slayerjerman, still testing duplication ammo effects, I added my own weapon to laser category (weapon.superlaserrifle) used lasercell ammo. Multiplication effect still occure :-( . Clear instalation Vanila 1.9 -steam - seems to be engine problem ... but i did not know how to solve it... because than micromanagement not working correctly. Can you please test this in your instalation with clasical laserrifle item and lasercell ammo.
  3. Duplicated efect works if i unlock technology through research too, but not works on the ballistic weapons such as shotgun, there is all ok. I'm surprised that it no one minds ?! By your installation is all ok ?
  4. so i must say great work, but still some small bugs for me here, may be problem with game engine .... medikit charges still multiplicated after ends of GC mission, I am afraid, that this problem appears in next unlocked ammo to energy weapons too ... CONFIRMED - if i manualy unlock laserrifle and cells in _basebuild - multiplication efect works too :-( when I arrive from mission i have more ammo then before ....
  5. still testing - problem is not in ammos items, but in weapon. If I equip unloadet laserrifle after ending mission is weapon loaded and on stock is +1 lasercell. Where is implemented AI for automatics reloading and auto equiping items after GC missions ? Nobody help me ? Its look like's that i am asking secrets questins :-)
  6. So, i made some test - On stock 0 cells + 1 soldier with laser riffle + 2 cells on belt , go to GC mission, then I abort mission (the same occure as GC normaly finish). After aborting mission i found 3 cels on stock and still full laser riffle + 2 cells on belt (6 cells together). Its strange .......if u using some mods with limited ammo, u have not this problems ??? Using Vanila 1.9
  7. Thanks kabill for reply, but problem is that i had 10 clips equiped with soldier and 23 clips on the stock. After GC i had 10 clips equiped and 33 on the stock ?? I did not understand why ? I think that the same problem as medipack charge in the xenophopia mod ....
  8. So, seems to be some problem, with multiplication of lasercells if i came back from GC, my amount of laser cells was increased !!??? I think that number of laser cells equiped to soldiers adds to amount on the stock in the base ..... have you someone with this some experience ????
  9. OK, answering it for myself :-) must add items to research.xml too for unlocking manufacture and change ammo to soldier equipment in items.xml file ..... now working good

  11. sorry if i made duplicated post, but i did not find the corect answer. I would like to change unlimited ammo in all vanila soldier weapons to productible for some price. I change status in items.xml from unlimited to normal (balistic, laser, plasma ..... ammo item). Set the price for sell, then i set man-hours and price in manufactures.xml, but nothig happend - i have 0 ammo for each type of weapons, but in manufacture screen i did not se option tu produce it. Its posible to do this without aplaying some mods to vanila game ? May be i need modify some other files or lua scripts ? thanks for answer Orion
  12. please Slayer, where can i find soldiers stats - range of posible properities for example TU etc .. Vanila game has max 100 units, this mod much more, where can i find (which xml file) this properities ? sorry for off-topic I found in gameconfig some initial values, but where can i modify max and min range of soldier points. In Vanila game is max set to 100, in mod much more ...
  13. i have little bit problem with energy guns, I see it in energy tab, but not see my stored energy cells in this tab. I can use cells only if i found it in the GC.
  14. Hallo, I must say, that this version is very good no freeze during cca 8h play. UFo rewards are good too, but I have question, no more $ revards for alien plasma battery AMMO ?
  15. So i changed EXE to 0.25, no freeze, but now i have yield of misson very low, for example small ufos (airstrike 25000,-) and in mission 2200,- credits, and mission endings before all aliens are killed. I had yield of this mission about 50 000 - 70 000 before swaping exe It is maddening :-(
  16. OK, I put back XCE 0.25 EXE and start new game, I hope that will not be problem with asset files 1.3.2 together with 0.25 exe ?
  17. My problem is in version v1.3.2, i started new game from begin, but after few hours of playing game freeze very often, mostly in farm map with explosives, but freeze with rffle projectiles too. Save game is created in v1.3.2. in config.xml i have this option set: <CombatWindow> <SkipHiddenAnimations>0</SkipHiddenAnimations> this problem i can reproduce every time, i can send my savegame, if u want to see it. please, its not critics againts you, but i am looking for help, because i like this game and now i am frustrated, than i cant play it.

But I can not find any solution for this, I have instaled latest vesion of original game (1.9), then i copy all files from XNT 5.31, then XNT 5.31 HF2, then xenophopia 1.3.0 and 1.3.2 patch exe using from xenophopia zip archive. Its great mod, i was using 1.2.2 without problems, but now is game unplayable. Can anybody help me ? When I trying get back old exe from XNT 5.31, i did not see any new savegames .....
  19. May be I found some bug with hunter cars + rocket launcher, when I shoot rocket to the next sector on te map - game freeze. Map FARM - for example when rocket fly over crop field to sector with road and landed UFo, rocket stuck on the border of this area and all game freeze everytime of this scenario - must kill process in task manager addition: next freeze - granade from launcher: any explosives - frag, granade, rocket freeze game at this point :-( any solution or workaround ?
  20. sorry for basic question: all archives of mods pack XNT and this includes exe of main game program, my question is, if i must o rewrite original xenonauts.exe with exe in this mod pack ?
