This happened to me as well.

It would be nice if units responded to changed movement orders while they're en route to the square I originally double-clicked.
This x100
There have been several instances where I've accidentally sent my troops the wrong way around a building and have tried desperately to stop them before they wastes all their AP. It would be nice to be able to cancel or change their actions while they're doing them.

I'd kill for a quasi full-screen windowed mode, ie borderless when maximized.
Mine opens like this automatically, I wish I knew how to get it to open in windowed mode.

i'm sorry but it's sci-fi with almost tasteless bit of cyberpunk.
Right, sorry, I've mixed them up
I can recommend La-Mulana.I second this recommendation.

A great retro-styled game to come out in recent years is Gemini Rue. It's a point-and-click, [sci-fi/cyber-punk] themed adventure game that draws inspiration from games like Beneath a Steel Sky (I hope you guys know this game ). In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if Beneath a Steel Sky was one of the main inspirations for Joshua Nuernberger, he even included consoles in which you can look up information on different characters, like phone numbers, addresses, etc. Though It's not much of a challenge, and you can beat it in only a few hours, it's definitely worth checking out.

I'd say the original Deus Ex is my favourite game of all time. The only thing I didn't like about it was how, as you progress, the game gets rid of most human enemies and replaces them with those fucking annoying electric spiders and giant mechs.

Perhaps something like this, but less complex and alien (?):
Wow, that is one of the coolest/creepiest songs I've heard in a while. I think something similar to this would be really awesome for night combat.

Mine opens in a tiny little window.
Hmm, that's odd. Might be my operating system or PC setting (Windows XP).
I've tried to get the game to open in windowed mode by changing some settings in the game's properties, but it doesn't seem to work

We've put it back in for the next version.
Great news!
Is there still a way to play it in windowed mode, or was that removed as well? (My game automatically opens in full-screen.)
[V8.0 - General] Game Resolution.

Some bugs I've noticed with the resolution selection that came with the new update:
I do not know if this is specific to my computer, or if it happens to all screens with my resolution, but when I try to load a game in 1024 x 1280, everything on the screen turns 45 degrees.
Also, when I try to run a game in 1200 x 1600, I get a "Failed creating the Direct3D device" error.
edit: wasn't sure if I should start a new thread about this or not, because it may just be an isolated problem.
