  1. I've played base assault today. I've fired all soldiers with bravery under 65 during playing (assuming that this would make difference). In the alien base one of my elite soldier got MC. One shoot three other elite soldiers (90 hp predator/wolf armored) in single turn with mag rifle. Few turns later another incident two more elite soldiers dead. Playing iron man I've finished this mission "successfully" and got final report. 5 soldiers completely dead.

    I really don't know, what could I do differently. Except using drop weapon exploit or go grenade only way. I hope this will be changed before final release. I'm not going to assault another base or ufo with psi aliens in current state.

    Absolutely the same things for me. In original X-COm elite and very psi-strength soldiers have very good chances vs alien psi atack. And moral condition plays very important role. If Psi will not be balanced i will quit this project and play the original x-com or Open X-com projects.. Becoause these ones looks less like a masochism))

  2. About accuracy. For Example In X-Com 10-20 % accuracy of my soldier doesnt mean that my soldier been staying face to face to alien have a chane to miss 80-90% that means that he have this acc in a line of free distance. So shooting in X-com is more phisically then here due to in very close combat i shoot up my enemy even wiht 10-15 acc. So there acc increasing only on 15 % within 5 tiles and So Very Amazing to watch that a experienced soldier missed in few steps from alien from shotgun or rifle. This is very crazy...

  3. i believe Mind Control was and still is Squad-Sight and not LoS. As long as your unit is within its affective range and a ally alien sees you, you can be mindcontrolled.

    Yeap, and i was pleased when read that its required LOS rather SS. Now aliens are very powerfull with their 'network' sight and this ability on hands)) i remembed that in original X-Com psi-alien could take me under minde contorl without any ally squad sight of vision.. was terrible. BUT! X-COM psi formula was very balanced and my psi-bravery men was minde stable for this ability ohterwise this game formula.

    Or take me please the realy stuff to resist and reduce this ability because increasing bravery is just spend a time without profit.

  4. this is very mad psi-formula works, for exmpl in orgignal X-com aliens took under control men with the weak psi-strength(bravery in your case), but there in game my old wolfs with 78 bravery has been taken over control on a level with weak and green rookies with 35 br points, and amazing rate of chance of wolfs been taken is higher then one for green rookies.

  5. So i encountered the terror mission and got to there and after loading and units focus allowed all map was black! All tiles works units moves is possible alien attacks work but without any textures seems your optimisation bumpted into some troubles. Previous version was 22. Fix as soon as possible, because it thing kill my NATIONS founding due to impossible of success of terror mission))
