I'm experiencing two issues that have caused me some trouble - I'm still on 18, so these may have been addressed already, but I couldn't find any threads about them. If they have been fixed, please let me know.
The first bug was discovered after it seemed like my tech levels kept "resetting" - I eventually realized time was winding back. It turns out that double clicking on a save option doesn't actually save, it simply closes out the menu (making it look like it saved, without doing so). Since double click selects elsewhere and behaves appropriately, like in the load screen, I'm assuming this is a bug.
So in reality I spent a couple days playing what amounted to the same section of the game because when I "saved" at the end of it I wasn't actually saving at all.
The second bug occurs occasionally after tabbing out the game and returning to it - menus become "offset" (it may actually be the entire game) where you have to click below an option to select it rather than on the option.
