Perhaps if its not a deployable turret, we could have something similar to this:
You could equip Either Rifles or Heavy guns on it
About 100-120HP with about 10-15 Front plating
It could have something like let´s say 80-100 reflexes
When you move, you suffer an accuracy penalty

I like the idea of depending how far you go in the research tree, some choices actually increase the overall effectiveness of the tanks.
Perhaps something on the lines:
Enhanced Optical lenses
Enhanced Tank Plating

I dont know what happened, 2 of my soldiers died in a base defense mission, and then they appeared in my dropship, in the inventory screen it showed that the ship had 8 slots left for soldiers, but they were still there and I couldnt select them in any of the screens.

Strangely enough they appear in my soldier screen, if they though they clearly died after the mission.

I would love the possibility to have rocket launcher on my scimitar and on my hyperion.

Something that would take 1-2 turns in order to deploy on a tile, I like the idea that it only has range to where its pointing at, so like 120 degree range at most for the turret.

Ya, I think I should have just gone for simplified icons, instead of trying to make a matching background color for them, this way I can increase the weapon size and make the quality good enough.

As requested I have done all the icons, had to take part of the background off though in order to increase the size.

Thats actually an interesting mechanic, considering these guns overheat too much due to the sheer size, perhaps the secondary weapons, in this case ballistics would overheat less in comparison to lasers and plasma weapons.

Remember to send the me the savefile when you can, if you have the 3 tanks on the same file it would be preferable, but if not, it´s still fine.

Ya, I took a look at your icons, they look pretty good so far, I just decided to do something a little different taking a bit some inspiration out of your icons to do something that uses the artwork of the game and making icons fitting each of the weapons and some miscellaneous equipment.

For some odd reason, I have installed the mod, but it doesn´t seem to have changed any of the values of the tanks, maybe I am doing something wrong?

I meant, is it normal that it went straight for the flames?

I would also love to be able to see this in the dropship, sometimes you have soldiers that have the same weapon, but they have different roles altogether .

The purpose of these icons are to replace the role images that are currently found in the game, I am currently doing several experiments to see what type of backgrounds I should use on the icons and what weapons and items I can use on them in order to identify each role of each character.
