I'd worry why he was pilfering equipment to kit himself out, rather than tending to the stores. It would be the same if the bloke in the R&D changed. "Hey, why are you turning yourself into a cyborg, when there's laser guns to be researched?"

As a researcher, he could use some parts of technology to improve his own abilities and capacities to better develop new technology, for example new sensors and so on.

So I think it would be natural for every staff eventually use part of the technology to improve their work. For example the stores terminal to became a tablet and later maybe a minority report like screen, but of course it is up to developers to check if it is interesting or not.

I would like to see him updated as we advance in technology development as the research guy and at least part of the cast to be female as we have female soldiers.

I don't think it is possible to attach a savegame because the ground combat savegame was disabled in the last build, so unless goldhawk enable it again. If someone posts something it would be a savegame before chinook arrives at ufo site.

That's not the point. In a few builds it will be hard to remember which build this is about and its always useful to know which build it first popped up etc.

This problem appeared first at v13, until v12 it didn't occur at all.

After I finished the ground mission and clicked in the button to exit to geoscape (in the screen showing soldier's advancement) the game goes to CTD.

In this building, I cannot save the game in ground mission anymore, the game save it always before the mission. I don't know if it is intentional decision.

[Feature Request: Change ground orientation]

I would like to request to allow change of orientation of the ground battle, because many times, an object is ocluded by another like an alien after a wall or even a xenonauts operative, while it clearly shows at GUI as visible.
