Paradox was working on a project called Cartel, which was supposed to be a syndicate successor, but sadly it is on hold and probably won't ever be finished
I dont think that it got any further than the concept stage.

Ooo.. colour me intrigued.

Looks totally epic. I get strong System Shock 2 vibes from it. I can't wait!
-
I backed it on Kickstarter last year. I've not had a chance to play it yet, as I've just finished Crysis3, I'm busy play Wargame ALB, and still have Metro Last Light to play.

Every new turn based strategy is a cause for celebration I say.
Indeed.

A Medieval themed Excom, but with Demons instead of aliens? Backed!
-
Phew, I'm releived they made it. I look forward to see who this is going to work out.

Well done, Gold Hawk. I can't wait!

To be honest, I think BIA has really harmed the reputation of JA. I think a number of JA fans are just too skeptical of Bitcompser attempts to milk this franchise to back. I've backed at the $75 level, but I can't see this making >$100k in 3 days.

Can't wait to start playing this on Steam. Don't like Desura at all, especially after all the problems I had in updating and launching the game. Also don't really mind if my premium pre-order doesn't get me anything extra. Would be nice of course, but I just wanted to support the game.
This!

Yeah, I have to admit, TBS would rock on Tablets. I hope more devs port the PC games to them.
-
I've backed this already, if for no other reason than to show that a market for TBS still exists and is craving quality games. JA: BAI was... disapointing, to say the least. And despite how many torn opinion there are on XCOM:EU, you have to admit it showed a demand still exists for these games.
Space Hulk previews have been universally positive, that's enought for me to rish $25. If they show more footage, or more ambition, I'll bump that to $75.

I'm really glad it's going to be on Steam. Steam Early Access has done some great things for StarDrive and Kerbal Space Program.
I'm a bit of a Steam fanbooi though.

I guess I'm the only one who's excited then. I really enjoyed Xcom EU. It was a gass. Doesn't live up to the original, but at least it wasn;t a god dam FPS.
Also, in other news, Xcom EU is commng to iOS too.

At least Egosoft is consistent. =)
We can not give you a definite release date for Rebirth at this point.
Isn't the release date for Rebirth Q4 2011?

Wow, that is frikken cool!

Wow, I'm glad there are so many SC2 fans out there. Whoever I speak to about it offline has no idea of what I'm talking about, making me feel like a total geek.
-
Wow, It even got some RPS coverage!

Been playing through this now. Got as far as Meeting the Supox and Utwig. Man, it's fantastic. Small bugs, and one CTD in 12 hours, but a fantastic little gem.
My only disapointment is the Voice acting. It's not..... all that great. I wish I could turn the voices off, and just read the text in the voices I imagined 20 years ago.
