  1. I tend to think games should take as long as they need to take.

Christmas would make a good time to release for the sake of the company, with high sales and all that...

Yet in the long term, masterpieces always run over, and always take a long time to get just right.

Don't succumb to pressure. Build the game that we'll all appreciate. A year or two from now, no one will remember what month you released. They'll remember that it was finished on release, and done well, too.

  2. TOP. SECRET. UNITED STATES MILITARY TEST LABORATORY. IN 1962.

YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT WE USED IN THE KOREAN WAR (1954)?

M4A3E8 SHERMANS (that were REPLACED DURING THE WAR BY M46 PATTONS) and M26 PERSHINGS.

Want to know what the US Army had access to in terms of armor by the time of The Bureau?

    M46 Pattons and M48 Pattons.

Hell, M60 PATTONS HAD JUST BEEN PUT INTO SERVICE IN 1961.

What was the tank they used? M4A3E2 SHERMANS.

So were Shermans still in use in the 60s? Yes. By the United States? GOD NO.

Well now. Here's some passion :) I must say, I do respect historical accuracy, but I think we're looking for it in the wrong place. This is a science fiction game about alien invasion. I can forgive them for 'continuity errors'. If this was a WW2 historical game, I'd be as up in arms (pardon the pun) as you are.

I'm also not an American, so I don't look at things in the perspective of the States. From my perspective, Shermans were used all over the place for a very long time. And yes, it finally dawns on me that this game supposedly takes place in the States, so yes yes I understand :)

Just for the sake of knowledge: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Post%E2%80%93World_War_II_Sherman_tanks

    All my best,

  3. What kind of armor are they wearing?

I've seen this with Sentinel before. When walking or other animations when oriented perfectly to the "Left". That is, diagonal. Another way to put it, is if "north" is the top left of the screen, then this would be north-west.

Doesn't seem to happen on other orientations or other armours, but I could be mistaken. It only seems to occur with Sentinel armour for me.

It's as if a massively zoomed in version of the character takes over the right half of the screen. It disappears as soon as the animation ends.
