[Xenonauts 2 - Update]

What drove you to make this game instead of the game you were pitching about a year ago involving space colonies fighting? I'm not complaining, I'm stoked as can be since I wasn't a fan of the other games design, but I'm rather curious as to what changed your minds.

Are you locked into Xcom combat system? It's pretty god awful and personally what has me playing Xenonauts over Xcom is your game doesn't feel cheaty every other round.

[Base loads with missing assets and white square over everything]

I've got a couple mods installed, but none effect base missions (or so I think). The bug occurs when the map loads up. Instead of loading proper assets, tile sets and objects are missing or have a translucent appearance to them. Over every area solid or semi solid white squares appear block the assets underneath them.
