More bugs: Pistol bug is still presenting itself with the Hi-Power Alenium and Improved tranq pistol while carrying basic shield (only two i tested so far), Alien scanner, dermal re-generator, and metabolism boost is not in soldier equip screen. For some reason i've not unlocked any armor besides jackal after engaging andron, cesian, and the lizard dudes. I'm not really sure what unlocks the next armor honestly. Anyhow I'm too tired to think or game anymore so my apologizes if i mentioned bugs i already mentioned. Keep up the good work, I love this mod!

I was caught out in the open and broad sided by the weapon that fires explosive bolts with stun gasses surrounding the blast zone. Unit on the ground when looking at inventory was a non bloody soldier curled up reading "xenonaut". I tried healing his tile 3 times before giving up and moving on with the mission. I'll try a fresh install and see if it persists, maybe I goofed something up or it's an engine issue. Upon completing the mission there were no KIA soldiers and that specific unit was wounded for like 5 days after.

Eisfunke, I like what you did with the plasma weapons. However, the iron sights position on the carbine is totally wrong. It's a bullpup weapon so your cheek would be against the rear sight. If you moved it up to just over the trigger, made it a bit smaller and made the front sight about 25% smaller it would be more realistic. Good work though, and from a firearms standpoint the short sight radius would account for it's inaccuracy.

Bug: It also appears I'm unable to recover stunned soldiers in ground combat. This is a slightly annoying bug since it seems most aliens are equipped with stun blasters or grenades.
Keep up the good work though, I'm digging this mod.

Squeaky wheel gets the grease as they say. Speaking of which, I really dont mind bug reports as it helps everyone and I like bug-free games as much as you guys, its when I get posts bitching about balance that I dislike.
Well more bugs. Dermal Regenerator & Metabolic boost injection can be manufactured but do not show up in the equipment screen. Also I'm not sure if this is a bug or not The light ballistic machine gun has the same -80% TU as the Alenium Ballistic machinegun both of which unlock at the same time so i'm not sure what the advantage of the light over the Alenium is.

I'm the bug fairy, Seems Improved Ballistic pistols is not unlocking properly. Sadly before I could save and reload from the previous unlock auto save, the month ticked over and autosaved. So I can't poke around the XMLs to try and give you code to fix it.

i have got some problem with this mod... i researched a manufacture the hunter vehicle.. there is my problems:
1. hunter is in garage slot but there isnt any photo of hunter
2. when assigned it to the my droop ship and after go to the droopship (i wanted to switch position of hunter with soldiers on the board) game crashed...
3. when i started mission.. hunter cant do any movements on the battle map (it should only rotate and fire)
have anybody idea what should be wrong?
i have installed latest game version with latest xenophobia mod..
I can confirm this bug, except if i click the hunter tab in ground combat i can move it and fire with it but it does not show path, or TU, or take damage from alien fire.

Thunderbolt shotgun (& multi ammo shotgun) --> how do you make the ammo for it? it isn't listed in the workshop when I researched the gun.
same thin about multi-ammo LMG. no ammo for it?

It's the same ammo as the multi-ammo rifle for both the shotgun and machinegun.

What armor were you wearing? Its an easy fix.... Also I'd dont mind bug posts, so keep them coming.
Jackal with both basic and kevlar shield. Seems to be all the alenium pistols that cause it. However they also seem to be super useless against the robotic and aliens style units so i will probably try to figure out some other configuration. I also can't seem to get the advanced tranq rifle magazines to manufacture. I'm going to give a fresh install of everything an see if that corrects any of the issues. It'll take an hour or three to get everything downloaded and installed.

Sorry again, I must be becoming your most hated poster. The 1911 style alerium pistol has bugged animations. I'm going to try an change the GC anims to standard pistol if I can figure that out.

Hate to report more bugs, seems that when i do the shotgun and pistol improved versions. I get some manufacturer entries with all #'s and if i build them none of my dialogs ever complete. It even locks out main menu an such. I've loaded from a much earlier save and i'll try to pin the bug down a bit more. All the UNSC weapons work fine with no more crashes under linux. Thanks again for all the work an quick response to bugs.

I did re-check UNSC weapons again, but I dont have Linux so....they worked fine when I tested them on Win7. It could be another weapon causing the crash for you, my rough guess, but I unlocked and tested everything before I packed the mod to specifically check for this issue.
I wonder if its because the Spartan Laser doesnt unlock ammo, try this HOTFIX I made for you and give it a shot. I simply moved the M6 Spartan Laser to unlock with the Particle Beam and ammo.
Tried the hotfix, it's still CTD. I'll fire up my windows machine and give that a shot. However, my internet is horribly slow so it'll take about 6 hours to download xenonauts. I'll let you know if it works though.

For some reason all the stuff in the production menu have a production time of -2147483648 days so projects will have a negative completion time and will never be finished.
You can seemingly fix this bug by editing the buildings.xml. Scroll down to each of the workshops, you will see two values of -1 together, changing these to 1 fixed it for me.

Bug: Crashes to desktop upon unlocking UNSC weapons. Linux Game, crash occurs when in soldier loadout and clicking on "advanced" tab.
Slayerjerman, I can't thank you enough for providing such a challenging mod that adds so much content. The only thing I can fault is the lack of info in the xenopedia to help me decide what's better and why. I know that will eventually be rectified in future releases. Thanks again for all your hard work, fantastic content.

Well, installer is a total no-go under linux. Twas good while it lasted, i'll be playing pre installer versions i guess.
