  1. I found the way around it!! At least for me. I have a Windows 10 ASUS laptop with two graphics cards: an Intel integrated graphics card (for low consumption) and a GeForce (for playing 3D games). The GeForce has the problems so I right-clicked on the xenonauts.exe and selected "Run with graphics processor"->"Integrated graphics". And the problem was solved. You can also select "Run with graphics processor"->"Change the default graphics processor..." for xenonauts.exe and you will not need to right click anymore. If you want to add a shortcut to the start menu you will also need to change the default graphics card for that shortcut. So right-click again on xenonauts.exe, select "Pin to Start", find the icon in the start menu, right-click on it and select More->"Open file location". There you will find the new xenonauts sortcut and change the default graphics card for that one too (do as above).
  2. The promotion from private to corporal adds +2 to each attribute on top of the standard gain. But no other promotion adds anything. Is that what you meant? or you consistently get +3 per mission on each soldier? That would be nice...
  3. I need to quote the manual: That suggests that a soldier can gain 2 points in each attibute per battle. But I have not been able to make any soldeir gain more than +1 to STR, ACC or RFL (TUs are very easy to gain). Has anyone been able to train any skill other than TU and BRV at +2 per mission? And if so, what are the thresholds? For instance, you only need 1 shot to gain +1 ACC and +1 RFL.
