Just got back into the game and love some of the new changes but I was use to playing with extended vision and faster projectiles, I want that back but am super hesitant to reinstall such old mods for fear of screwing the game up. kabill Posted March 27, 2014 Share Posted March 27, 2014 (edited) I'm actually playing around with modding at the moment and faster projectiles and longer sight range are two things I'm looking at. Actually, it wouldn't be that hard to put together something like that without any other changes; it might happen later. EDIT: have done this, although I've rolled in some other changes as well. I could probably put together a smaller mod that just changes sight/projectile speed if the other changes are objectionable, though. I find initial scouting off of the dropship to be super tedious and not having a view of the area after circling it to find a landing space is immersion breaking for me at the same time. @kabill Cool.
