hey ,

I finished my first mission on a new game , I got to the scoreboard and I got 0 on every single section

at the top of the scoreboard I had a "Place Holder" Text

no screenshot , didn't know I would need one

End of mission score screen is being reworked, that's why it says placeholder and gives you all zeros.

But if there's no score, how can we progress through the game? Won't countries withdraw support if you're not successful?

I played v19 right through to completion, but v20 seems to me to be unplayable cos of this, so I'm not playing it for now until this is fixed

Actually, the score you get from shooting down UFOs has been boosted to take into account the loss of score from ground missions. This is looking like a permanent change; the post-combat screen is being reworked because there is now no scoring to show.

I've read a lot of posts on that thread now, and I can see they have a lot to re-balance if they take that mission score out.... so I still think i'll give v20 a miss, and hope maybe v22 is better

I just wish it was better now, cos I'd love a game of it again
