[20 SC5] Length of save game names

After quite a while a came back to xenonauts and must say wow, qiote a lot has changeds since

So I started a new game, came to my first ground mission and want4d to save the game using the ingame time as a prefix followed by a brief description, but unfortunately, after 20 chars the game doesn't allow my to enter more. Evenit#S a quite huge screen with quite enough space for kind of a miny-novell

So may i suggest to allow more than 20 chars for the SaveGameName.
